What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days.
- We will investigate the matter.
- We may contact you for further information.
- We will provide a written outcome within 30 days where possible.
Escalation
If you are unhappy with the outcome, you may contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
