How to Make a Complaint


Complaints may be submitted by:

  • Email
  • Telephone
  • Written correspondence


Please include:

  • Your name
  • Contact details
  • Description of the concern
  • Relevant dates


What Happens Next

  1. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days.
  2. We will investigate the matter.
  3. We may contact you for further information.
  4. We will provide a written outcome within 30 days where possible.


Escalation


If you are unhappy with the outcome, you may contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
