I’m Emma, a psychotherapist offering tailored therapy using an integrated approach informed by person-centered counselling, CBT, and trauma-focused work.

As a psychotherapist, I work at depth—supporting not just symptoms, but the underlying emotional patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you feel and respond.

With over 22 years’ experience registration with BACP & NCPS, I adhere to ethical standards and principles to uphold these memberships, which entails 30 hours of ongoing CPD a year.

I offer a flexible therapeutic package shaped around your aims and objectives, whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple. My work is grounded in ethical, compassionate, and collaborative practice.

To support my well-being, I enjoy exercise, yoga & Zumba, cooking, travel, and interior design, and I am learning to speak Spanish.

I’m Conor, a qualified counsellor and registered member of BACP. Also qualified in mental health and disorders, a grief and loss specialist with a focus on person-centred counselling and applied CBT and DBT.

My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, providing a safe space to explore complex emotions and experiences. I will work collaboratively with you to navigate your thoughts and feelings and find pathways towards your goals.

In my spare time, I have a passion for music and especially enjoy going to gigs and music festivals.

I’m Jasmine, a registered integrative counsellor with the BACP. I work with adults, young people, and children across Lincolnshire, supporting them through life’s many challenges.

I have extensive experience with alcohol and drug dependency, having worked for over six years in substance misuse services. This has given me insight into the triggers, trauma, and behaviours associated with dependency, as well as the impact on families and children in these households.

I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can be authentic, explore what is happening for them, and build the confidence to overcome challenges. My role is to support self-growth, self-awareness, and positive change in ways that work for each individual.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and always have a new project on the horizon to challenge myself!
