Our Services:

Psychotherapy

A collaborative process designed to support emotional well-being, personal growth, and psychological resilience. Clients are guided to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to distress or limiting their quality of life.

Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, psychotherapy helps individuals develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change. It can be effective in addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs and lived experience, providing a supportive space for healing and growth.

Counselling

A supportive, goal-focused space to address current challenges, emotional concerns, and life stressors. In collaboration with a trained professional, clients are encouraged to explore their experiences, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies to improve well-being and day-to-day functioning.

Counselling is often shorter-term and focused on specific issues such as stress, relationship difficulties, grief, work or academic concerns, and life transitions. Through a respectful and confidential relationship, counselling helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make informed decisions that support positive change.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It helps clients identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behavioural responses that contribute to emotional distress, and develop practical skills to promote healthier ways of coping.

CBT places an emphasis on building tools that can be applied both in and outside of sessions. It is widely used to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma-related symptoms, and difficulties with mood regulation. Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs, empowering them to create meaningful change through increased awareness and adaptive strategies.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapeutic approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, reduce self-destructive behaviours, and improve emotional regulation. DBT emphasises the balance between acceptance and change, supporting clients in developing greater self-understanding while building practical skills for lasting improvement.

DBT focuses on four core skill areas: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. It is particularly effective for individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, self-harm behaviours, or challenges related to mood and impulse control. Treatment is structured, helping clients strengthen resilience, enhance relationships, and lead more balanced, fulfilling lives.

Couples Counselling

A supportive and neutral space for partners to explore relationship challenges, improve communication, and strengthen emotional connection. Guided by a trained therapist, couples work collaboratively to better understand patterns of interaction, address sources of conflict, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

Couples counselling can help partners navigate issues such as communication breakdowns, trust concerns, life transitions, and emotional disconnection. Sessions are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each couple, fostering mutual understanding, respect, and practical skills that support a more satisfying and resilient relationship.

Hypnotherapy

A therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help individuals access a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as a hypnotic state. In this state, clients may be more receptive to therapeutic suggestions, allowing for deeper exploration of thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns.

Hypnotherapy can support a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, phobias, habits, and confidence-related difficulties. Sessions are conducted in a safe and client-centred manner, with the client remaining fully aware and in control throughout the process. Hypnotherapy aims to facilitate positive change by strengthening insight, emotional regulation, and adaptive responses.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

This service combines the evidence-based principles of cognitive behavioural therapy with mindfulness practices to help individuals manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. By cultivating present-moment awareness and fostering an understanding of thoughts and emotions, MBCT empowers clients to break free from negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.

Our approach is tailored to meet your unique needs, providing practical tools and guided mindfulness exercises that support emotional resilience, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you are seeking support for recurring anxiety, low mood, or life transitions, MBCT offers a compassionate, structured framework for lasting mental and emotional growth.

Rewind Trauma Therapy

A specialised therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and release traumatic memories safely and effectively. Using a gentle, structured technique, Rewind Therapy allows clients to revisit past experiences in a controlled and supportive environment, enabling the brain to reframe and resolve the emotional impact of trauma.

This therapy is particularly effective for addressing post-traumatic stress, phobias, anxiety, and unresolved distress from past events. By facilitating the natural healing process, Rewind Trauma Therapy empowers clients to reduce symptoms, regain emotional balance, and move forward with confidence and resilience.
